The villa is located in a recent subdivision, on the owners' land, however there is no opposite with the main house, nor with the neighborhood, your peace of mind is preserved and assured.
Currently, houses are being built in the subdivision but not in the immediate vicinity of the villa, nor directly (not overlooked by the work).

Rate :
from January to the end of March: €100 per night
April: €120 per night
May: 160€ per night
June: €200 per night
July: €300 per night
August: €320 per night
September: €220 per night
October: €120 per night
November to mid-December: €100 per night
from mid-December to early January: €110 per night
For a short stay (1 to 3 nights), the cleaning fee is €50 (reasonable dirt excluding dishes and trash).
For stays beyond 3 nights, the cleaning fee is €100, however the accommodation must be returned in good condition (reasonable dirt excluding dishes and trash).
Payment by bank transfer possible, we do not take credit cards.
